Criminal Background Checks – we invest in extensive criminal background checks before hiring each applicant to make sure they’re exactly the type of people we’re looking for.
These are the people who will be handling your personal belongings and it’s only fair that we make sure they are respectful and honest!
Driving Tests – safety is one of our top priorities. That’s why we have decided to include a driving test as one of the core evaluation factors when hiring new employees.
We send new applicants out on the road with our Safety and Security officer to ensure they are comfortable operating our trucks and vans.
Seasonal Training – we’re always looking for new ways to improve the level of service we can provide to our customers.
One of the ways we do so is by hosting regular seasonal training sessions for our employees. In these sessions, we focus on the skills required for safety, maintenance, packing, loading, and safe vehicle operation.
But we don’t just employ the best staff – we also have the best partners! We’ve partnered with United Van Lines (the largest van line in Canada) to make sure we provide our clients with the highest standard of moving services in the industry!
